High-speed 1Gbps fiber makes it a solid base for longer stays or remote work too.

Guaynabo itself is quiet and residential rather than beachfront, so The Palatial Retreat is built for groups who want space, privacy and a pool at home base, with the beach a short drive away. If you'd rather walk to the beach instead, our four Ocean Park apartments are a 5-minute walk from Ocean Park Beach.

How many people can stay at The Palatial Retreat?

Up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms — our largest property, built for family reunions and big group trips.

Does the house have backup power and water?

Yes — a full power generator and a water cistern, on top of grid service. Puerto Rico's power grid can be unreliable, so both matter more here than they would on the mainland.
